Camping is one of the many recreational attractions of Sweet Grass County. Camping areas are listed below in three main categories- Crazy Mountain Campgrounds , Absoraka/Beartooth/Boulder River Valley Campgrounds, and Yellowstone River Campgrounds.  Camping is an inexpensive way to stay in Sweet Grass County as Forest Service land camping is free and some developed campgrounds charge a fee of $5 per night.  Be sure to check out the Forest Service page for current fire conditions, camping regulations, food storage, an more.  Also see the page with camping tips.   If you are going to camp in the Absoraka/Beartooth Wilderness areas, you want to store your food properly, as the areas that border Yellowstone Park is a Grizzly Bear Recovery Area.
